As a business who aren’t awfully techy, we needed some serious help and guidance. After initially briefing Delaney with what we wanted to do for our new customer he joined our teams meeting with them and answered all questions to get the project up and running.
Delaney was tasked with creating a website that ‘mirrored’ our own but with different coding requirements. He has successfully built the website that our customer required, using all the complex criteria which was issued to him. The job was constantly evolving and changing and changed so dramatically from the original brief. Delaney has always handled this professionally and always found the answer to solve any problem that was thrown at him.
The website was tested with our team by Delaney and guidance and instruction given. Our customer is extremely happy with the overall look and ease of use of the site which is exactly what we wanted to deliver.
We launched and went live in the correct time frame, a small issue arose after our launch and was dealt with immediately with speed and efficiency and communicated with our customer, installing apps to track and Delaney monitored this and provided constant feedback.
I would highly recommend Ark and couldn’t rate Delaney any higher.

Just want to send thanks to your team for their support getting this building ready from the install team installing the panels, your help with the WiFi and Matt who is always on the other end of the phone, supporting the schools. He's a fantastic character who has never not offered to help. He has been a massive help getting all our laptops on Intune ready for the opening.
Want to add an extra thanks to Andy Naylor. Andy has been a fantastic support for the last 4-5 months getting all systems ready for today. He has supported setting up Intune to go serverless, getting securly set up at a rush, he has been a massive help in particular this week helping me sort the SIP phones out.
His knowledge, understanding of all systems is incredible and the contacts he has at EMPSN have saved me multiple times this week and I honestly would not be sat here now ready to open the school Monday without his help.

We had out new website build by Ark and are over the moon with the finished look of it. From the beginning we found them to be very professional, knowledgably and extremely accommodating. Over the course of it we had quite a few changes (including a colour change as my husband did not like the original colour), a lot of tweaking and some additional pages we wanted adding, I don’t think we were the easiest of clients and I’m sure Delaney was pleased when the website was finished and he didn’t have to speak to me 10 times a day! I would highly recommend Ark, not only are they fantastic at what they do they are also really nice people.
