Below are examples of the types of roles we are looking for:

ICT Support Technician - up to £26,000.

The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of Office 365, Windows desktop and server, with at least one years previous experience in a similar role, willingness to learn new skills and work independently. Excellent communications skills are essential and an expectation to complete your role effectively. Previous knowledge of schools ICT would be an advantage. Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

The role involves a scheduled visit routine visiting our customers.

Business ICT Technician - up to £26,000.

The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of Office 365, Windows desktop and server, with at least one years previous experience in a similar role, willingness to learn new skills and work independently. Excellent communications skills are essential and an expectation to complete your role effectively. Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

The role involves a visiting and supporting our expanding business contract customers around the East Midlands. 

Service Desk Technician - up to £23,000

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of service desk operations in a similar role, willingness to learn new skills and work independently. Excellent communications skills are essential and an expectation to complete your role effectively. Ark use a ticketing system where all information is logged and tracked to support our customers, previous knowledge of ticketing systems would be an advantage.

We look for candidates with:

• Excellent people skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Excellent Communications skills.
• Proven knowledge of Windows Active Directory and Office 365.
• Happy to work individually as well as part of a team.
• Full / clean driving license. Full DBS Check required.
